This policy describes how Omdyo processes your personal data in connection with using the omdyo.com website and contacting us through the form. The document is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

02Data we collect

Through the contact form we process the following categories of data:

name and surname
business e-mail address
type of inquiry
message content

In addition, our hosting server's logs automatically record the IP address of the device you use and your browser information (User-Agent header). The logs are used solely for security purposes and technical diagnostics.

03Purposes and lawful bases

We process your data for the following purposes:

To respond to your inquiry and maintain correspondence with you — legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling inquiries and running our business).
To enter into and perform a contract for the provision of services — legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps preceding contract conclusion, taken at your request).
To ensure security and run technical diagnostics of the website (server logs) — legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

04How long we keep your data

Contact form messages and the related correspondence: up to 3 years from our last contact with you, unless you object earlier.
Server logs: according to our hosting provider's policy, typically up to 90 days.
If a contract is concluded — data is kept for the duration of the contract plus periods required by law (accounting, tax, etc.).

05Who we share data with

We may entrust your data to the following providers acting on our behalf:

cyber_Folks S.A. — hosting provider (server, FTP, database), based in Poland.
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Workspace, which we use to receive messages at hello@omdyo.com.
GitHub, Inc. — version control and CI/CD for the website code (the codebase does not contain your form submissions).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

06Transfers outside the EEA

Because we use Google Workspace and GitHub, some data may be processed in data centres located outside the European Economic Area (including the United States). Such transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards consistent with Article 46 GDPR, providing an adequate level of data protection.

07Your rights

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

access your data (Article 15 GDPR)
rectify your data (Article 16 GDPR)
have your data erased — „right to be forgotten" (Article 17 GDPR)
restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR)
data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
object to processing (Article 21 GDPR)
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl)

08Cookies and local storage

The website does not use cookies for tracking or profiling. We only use your browser's localStorage to remember your selected interface language (pl/en). You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other tracking systems.

09Data security

All communication with the website is carried over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection. Data sent through the form is protected against unauthorised access in transit. Access to Omdyo's mailbox is secured with two-factor authentication.

10Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing of data, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

11Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at omdyo.com/privacy-en.html. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
